Free Software and Open Source Symposium (FSOSS) is one of the large IT conference in Toronto.  It hosts by Seneca at York campus in October every year. The presenters discuss on the various topics which relate to open source, open content, open formats and anything that is OPEN and FREE in the computer world.  They also discuss about how these open projects have affected the society, from software development prespective to the media prespective.
